Please note that return shipping costs in this case are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and guide you through the return process.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with any accessories and documentation it came with.
  • Clearly label the package with the RA number provided.
  • Ship the package to the address given by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

3. Refunds:

3.1. Defective or Faulty Items: Once we receive the returned item and confirm the issue, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. This refund will include the cost of the item, as well as any original shipping charges.

3.2. Change of Mind: After receiving the returned item and confirming its original condition, we will issue a refund for the item's cost, minus any original shipping charges. Return shipping costs are typically borne by the customer.

3.3. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible of receiving the returned item.

4.1. Items not returned in their original condition or those that have been used beyond reasonable testing may not be eligible for a full refund.
